- How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within one to five days, and will take 3-5 business days to reach your doorstep. You will receive an email once your order ships
- What’s your return policy?
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges because due to the fact that we are a small business. We also want to take the best sanitary preventions we can. If you are unsure about sizing or there was a problem with your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations can only be done if your item has not shipped. Once it ships it is out of our hands and it is impossible for us to cancel it. To check if your item has shipped check your email for the order status or email us at email@example.com
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order -- if it's the wrong size, wrong color, or defective -- then simply notify us, and we'll work it out whether through an exchange or return. Please email us for more info
